You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit cart (or original method of payment).
Time for receipt of the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you receive a damaged item, we want to know about it. Please send notice of the problem through our contact form on Ann’s Kitchen and Bath Design website. We will be happy to send you a replacement. We may request pictures of the damage so we may mitigate future similar problems.
Your original shipping cost will be refunded along with the cost of the item. The return shipping cost will also be refunded as long as USPS Media mail is used and cost is no more than $3.00.
